1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AL-MUDIR platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AL-MUDIR Wealth and Fintech Ventures ("Company", "we", "us").
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption, PBKDF2 password hashing, and session-based authentication. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
4. Services Provided
AL-MUDIR provides a trading dashboard, market analytics, signal distribution, and portfolio management tools. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of data, or availability of any feature.
5. Trading & Financial Risk
Trading foreign exchange (forex), commodities, cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of your invested capital. The Company does not provide personalized investment advice. All trading decisions are made at your own discretion and risk.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems.
- Introduce malicious code, spam, or engage in denial-of-service attacks.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written consent.
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers except as expressly permitted.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Service are owned by or licensed to the Company. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party brokers, payment processors, and data providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading capital, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
14. Regulatory & Registration Details
AL-MUDIR maintains compliance records for licensing and regional registration status, and displays core references publicly for due diligence.
